The company is currently capable of manufacturing forgings and flanges from a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys.

The company is equipped with over 80 sets of forging and processing equipment, including a 4,000‑ton forging hydraulic press, a 4,000‑mm ring‑rolling mill, and heat‑treatment facilities. It also boasts 18 units of inspection and testing equipment, such as full‑quantitative and portable spectrometers, room‑temperature and high‑temperature tensile testers, ultra‑low‑temperature impact testers, and digital ultrasonic flaw detectors. The facility has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tonnes of forgings made from carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, and nickel‑based alloys, with the largest forgings featuring a maximum billet outer diameter of 4,000 mm.
