The company is equipped with over 80 sets of forging and processing equipment, including a 4,000‑ton forging hydraulic press, a 4,000‑mm ring‑rolling mill, and heat‑treatment facilities. It also boasts 18 units of inspection and testing equipment, such as fully quantitative and portable spectrometers, room‑temperature and high‑temperature tensile testers, ultra‑low‑temperature impact testing machines, and digital ultrasonic flaw detectors. The facility has an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of forgings made from carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, and nickel‑based alloys, with the largest forgings featuring a maximum billet outer diameter of 4,000 mm.
The company has obtained Class A and Class B manufacturing licenses for special equipment (pressure piping components), and has been certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system, the GB/T 14001 environmental management system, and the GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system. It also holds CE (PED 4.3) certification as well as various conformity‑assessment certifications. The company is a supplier to Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC, China National Coal Group, and engineering firms including Ningbo, Shanghai, China Tianchen, Chengda, Global, Saiding, Wuhuan, and others.
