Changzhou Wujin No. 2 Flange Forging Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise with over twenty years of experience, specializing in the production of forged flanges and forged pipe fittings. The company’s registered capital stands at RMB 100.85 million, and it has been awarded a 3A credit rating by banks. Currently, the company employs 155 staff members, including 17 managerial personnel, 22 technical professionals holding intermediate or senior titles—among whom 7 are senior engineers and 15 hold intermediate-level qualifications, all graduates of Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, and Shenyang Institute of Technology in metallurgical materials and forging—and 12 QA/QC specialists, along with 109 frontline production workers.

The company currently has the capacity to produce 30,000 tons per year of flanges made from a wide range of materials, including low‑carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, duplex steels, and nickel‑based alloys, conforming to both domestic and international standards and pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500#, and PN2.5 to PN400, with nominal diameters ranging from DN10 to DN4000. The facility is equipped with over 100 pieces of manufacturing equipment, including a 4,000‑ton forging hydraulic press, a 5‑ton electro‑hydraulic hammer, a 1‑ton air hammer, 1,300‑mm and 4,000‑mm ring‑rolling machines, a 3,500‑mm heat‑treatment furnace, a 4,000‑mm vertical lathe, CNC lathes, a CNC gantry boring‑milling machine XK2425, a CNC fixed‑beam gantry drilling‑milling machine A‑2016, radial drilling machines, CNC drilling machines, and other machining tools. In addition, the company operates six spectrometers—both benchtop and portable—as well as infrared carbon–sulfur analyzers and other chemical analysis instruments; mechanical property testing equipment for room‑temperature and high‑temperature tensile tests and low‑temperature impact tests; digital ultrasonic flaw detectors and other nondestructive testing devices; metallographic analyzers; and various sample‑preparation machines. The company employs qualified personnel certified in chemical analysis, mechanical property testing, metallography, and nondestructive testing, possessing expertise in chemical analysis, mechanical property evaluation, metallographic examination, nondestructive testing, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant testing, intergranular corrosion assessment, and other inspection and testing procedures, thereby meeting all quality‑control requirements for the manufacture of steel flanges and forgings.
